During a morning assembly with all Primary and Secondary students, Ottilie Robinson-Shaw will display medals and tell her stories of hard work, and share insights to capture the imagination of all and inspire healthier active lifestyles. She will discuss challenges on the road to success, with resilience, nutrition, diet, and dedication forming key topics.

Following the assembly, Secondary students will move off campus to take part in their Sports Day. Primary students will remain at MSF to participate in a series of activities and challenges facilitated by Ottilie Robinson-Shaw.

Students were also set the challenge of finding sponsors that can contribute to our schoolwide fundraising effort. Many pro athletes are unsponsored, lose support, or cannot find it. So, 40% of the money raised will help aspiring athletes with the funds required to sustain their
journey, with a contribution towards training and competition fees, medical costs, equipment,
and more. Students that fundraise the most as a class, will vote on what they would like to spend the other 60% of raised funds on! At MSF, we`re proud to give students a say in how some of the raised funds are used. It`s all about empowering students to make a real impact in the
world, and in their own learning environment! 😁👏

An amazing lecture by nutritionist Zsofia Pasztor about how to make sure your children get all the necessary nutrients they need to stay happy, healthy and concentrated for the school day! Life hacks and tricks like hiding fruit and vegetables inside the kids favorites like muffins and omelettes, or slowly replacing commercial ketchups with home made ones by initially adding only some spoons and diluting the healthy ingredients, or talking to your kids about the "superpowers" coming from eating a "rainbow" of vegetables - we have certainly received many helpful ideas! 🤗🙏👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
