We hosted Voicebox Theatre CIC (UK), who ran a workshop for parents, exploring how to support young people in challenging stereotypes and building resilience. It also offered practical strategies for addressing harmful attitudes, promoting positive role models, and having constructive conversations at home, as well as resources and suggestions for further support. Our very own certified Qigong Instructor Dr Tatyana Bogushevitch will help you learn to reduce stress and boost energy through understanding the principles of qigong, as well as controlling your attention and gentle movements.
